Amy made her debut in the WWF as Essa Rios' valet. She went out to the ring with im, and sometimes even fought with him. One day, after they lost a match against the Hardyz and someone else (I don't remember who but I think there was someone else) Essa Rios started beating up Lita. The Hardy Boyz came and saved her and she joined Team Extreme.

A little while ago, Lita was constantly bothered by her admirer, Dean Malenko. He always bothered her, gave her gifts, and asked her out on dates. One day Lita challenged Dean to a match on PPV. Lita was accompanied by Matt at ringside after a few moments. Matt slammed Dean with an intense chairshot to the head and Lita picked up the win.

Lita had problems with Trish in the past a lot. The two would always interfere with each other's matches, fight each other, and just drive each other crazy. Now, they are friends, but before...well friends was not the word. At all.

Remember the match that I was telling you about before between Lita and Dean? Well right after that, Matt came in the ring and hugged Lita. He then kissed her. Lita looked at Matt. Matt walked out of the ring embarrassed. Lita ran after him and gave him a long, passionate kiss. The two went through rough times when Team Extreme was breaking up. Now, just like Team Extreme, Matt and Lita are back together.
